Operations Program Coordinator

Description

Position Overview:

Head Start for Kent County is hiring an Operations Program Coordinator to coordinate administrative activities, maintains and monitors completeness and accuracy of records and files, tracks accounts payable, and provides clerical support services to assure efficiency of services delivered in an environment of continuous program improvement.

Location:

Central Office (2626 Walker Ave NW Walker MI 49544)

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree required (Bachelor degree preferred) in related field with 1-2 years administrative experience (or) equivalent in training and experience (i.e. HS/GED required with 3-5 years administrative administrative experience).

Starting Pay:

  • Associate Degree required with 1-2 years’ experience $15.25 (or) Bachelor Degree with 1-2 years’ experience $16.25

Data Integration Analyst

Description

Position Overview:

Head Start for Kent County is hiring a Data Integration Analyst to assist in the implementation and maintenance of effective technical information systems that supports program and individual departmental operations of the agency with a focus on data integration across various platforms/applications.

Location:

Central Office (2626 Walker Ave NW Walker MI 49544)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Information Technology or related field
  • Required skills include advanced working knowledge of Business Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Transact, SQL, Data Warehousing Technology, Advanced Database knowledge, Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP), Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access VBA, working knowledge of LAN, and WAN and Network support.
  • Minimum of three to five years’ experience using various BI tools (Microsoft BI, Tableau, etc.) to integrate data from various sources in an easy to read report

Bus Driver

Description

Position Overview:

Head Start for Kent County is hiring Bus Drivers to provide transportation to children and families to ensure compliance of Head Start Performance Standards in an environment of continuous program improvement.

Location:

Start and end location 2626 Walker Ave NW Walker MI 49544

Requirements:

Must maintain Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements; minimum of one (1) year bus driving experience, five (5) years cumulative driving experience and a safe driving record as required by CIS licensing and our insurance carrier with less than six points; ability to read and understand street and road maps in detail; obtain, and maintain both CPR and First Aid certification; must pass annual DOT physical

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
